Privacy

Miss Innack collects only what is necessary: name, email, and location for consultation purposes. Payment information is processed through secure third parties. No data is sold or shared. Everything is deleted upon request. Collector anonymity is respected at all times.

Intellectual Property

All content on miss-innack.com — text, images, works, and design — is the property of Iona-Teresa Riera. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited. Copyright is protected for the life of the author plus 70 years under applicable EU law.

Terms of Sale

Authenticity — Every work is original, created by Iona-Teresa Riera (Miss Innack), and accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity.

Ownership — Full ownership transfers upon complete payment. Copyright remains with the artist.

Reproduction — You may photograph the work for personal records and display it privately or commercially. You may not reproduce it commercially, create derivatives, or use it in commercial photography without written consent.

Resale — The artist holds first-refusal rights on resales. If you wish to sell, notify the artist with the asking price. The artist has 30 days to purchase at that price or waive the right.

Payment — Available works: 50% deposit, 50% before shipping. Commissions: 50% to begin, 50% upon completion. Methods: wire transfer, cryptocurrency.

Delivery — Risk transfers upon delivery. Insurance after delivery is the collector's responsibility. Shipping costs are billed separately.

Returns — Commissions are non-returnable. Available works have a 7-day inspection period — original condition required, return shipping at collector's cost, full refund within 14 days.

Cancellations — Commissions before work begins: full refund minus 10% admin fee. After work begins: no refund. Available works before shipping: full refund minus 5% admin fee. After shipping: standard return policy applies.

Jurisdiction

All agreements are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are resolved in Barcelona courts. International clients may request alternative resolution.
